Fulfillment starts after payment confirmation and product URL acceptance. Delivery timing depends on package size, product category, directory availability, third-party review requirements, and any customer follow-up needed for owner-email, account, paid-placement, or verification steps.
A proof-backed submission means your product was submitted to a third-party directory, gallery, list, or review queue with confirmation, status evidence, email proof, or screenshot proof. Unusable, unavailable, duplicate, irrelevant, paid-only, login-blocked, captcha-blocked, or failed targets do not count toward the purchased delivery number.
Consumed package balance is generally non-refundable because it maps to real processing and operational costs.
If fulfillment has not started, you may contact us within 72 hours of purchase to request a refund review.
We may also issue refunds or account corrections for duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, or cases where we determine that LinkFulfill cannot reasonably fulfill the purchased proof-backed submission scope.
You may contact support to cancel an order before fulfillment begins. Once fulfillment has started, we may not be able to cancel completed processing work, but we can review the remaining unconsumed balance.
LinkFulfill does not guarantee acceptance, publication, search indexing, rankings, traffic, dofollow status, or any other third-party SEO outcome. Third-party directories control review, publication, link visibility, and timing.
