The Service

LinkFulfill provides managed backlink submission delivery services. Customers submit product information, select a proof-backed submission package, and receive progress and proof reports while sourcing, screening, submission, replacement, and follow-up are handled by the service team and automation system. Certain features may change over time, and some features may be added, removed, or limited at our discretion.

Accounts

You are responsible for:

providing accurate account information;
maintaining the security of your account;
all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

violate applicable laws or regulations;
interfere with the security or stability of the service;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
use the service to distribute malware, spam, or fraudulent material;
submit content you do not have the right to use;
use the service in ways that could harm other users, third parties, or our operations.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use violates these Terms or creates risk for the platform.

User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the platform. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload, process, or submit any URLs, text, screenshots, branding, or materials you use with the service.

Billing and Credits

Paid purchases, recurring billing where applicable, and delivery packages are billed according to the pricing shown at the time of purchase.
Package balance may be used for managed backlink delivery orders and other supported service operations.
Package balance may expire if a package or plan states an expiration period.
You are responsible for reviewing purchase details before completing checkout.

Delivery Timing

Delivery timing depends on package size, product category, directory availability, third-party review requirements, and any customer follow-up needed for owner-email, account, paid-placement, or verification steps. We provide delivery progress and proof reports as submissions are completed. If a delivery issue materially changes the expected scope or timeline, we may contact you through the email used for the order.

Refunds

Consumed package balance is generally non-refundable because it maps to real processing and operational costs. If you purchased a delivery package and fulfillment has not started, you may contact us within 72 hours to request review. We may also issue refunds or account corrections in cases such as duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, or cases where we determine that we cannot reasonably fulfill the purchased proof-backed submission scope.

No Guarantee of Outcome

The service is designed to deliver proof-backed submissions, but we do not guarantee acceptance, publication, ranking, indexing, or traffic from any directory, publication, platform, or third party. Publication and indexing depend on many factors outside our control.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkFulfill will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address abuse, or enforce these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
